"So that's why you had that book, I didn't know what to think of it first since we were learning that subject to the extent. I just figured you were studying, but this makes more sense." She sat Melissa down at the table and put a plate in front of her, she put 2 poptarts, a banana, a glass of milk, and flax seeds on the plate hoping she'd get all the four food groups in her system before she's take a nap.

Melissa nodded since she knew that her mom sometimes come up with reasons why certain students did this and other students did that. She walked in to the house and said, "We're finally home."

"Yup" she said, sitting Melissa down on a chair. She put out the plate in front of her. "This is flax seeds, poptarts, banana, and milk au Melissa" she said in a very convincing french accent.

"Okay, mom. Thank you," responded Melissa as she looked around.

Mont turned on the T.V and watched his favorite show "Judge Mathis" and than thought about Mel in 9 months.

Khyle sat next to his father and watched him think very hard.

Melissa finished what her mother had made for her fifteen minutes later. She walked into the living room and went behind where Khyle was sitting. Messing with his hair, she then exclaimed, "Hi, Squiddles!"

Heather grimaced, Melissa forgot to wash her plate - again. She put on her dish gloves and began to scrub at the dishes. Monty had forgotten to wash the dishes from breakfast too. After several minutes, she set her gloves aside and sat beside Melissa on the couch. She flicked on the TV and handed Melissa the remote.

Sitting crisscross on the couch, Melissa was playing peek-a-boo with Arya laying on her lap. She and her family are stuck living in their condo home due to the school dorms having a bad termite problem which upset her greatly since she always hate it having to be stuck with her parents in their worn out house.

Ivy sat on the couch and watched "The Voice."

"You sing it girlfriend!" She said when a girl sang her favorite song Mirrors by Justin Timberlake. Ivy scanned Mel and rolled her eyes. She really was starting to dislike her own sister for some reason.

Melissa looked at her and yelled, "Won't you ever shut up for once?" She had always disliked her sister even when Ivy was just in the womb. Rolling her eyes, she allowed Arya to fall asleep on her shoulders.

Mont heard the yelling from his room. He walked to the living room and stood in front Melissa. "Hey, hey, hey! What's with the screaming?" Mont said. He was starting to notice Ivy and Melissa not getting along.

"Ivy is being her usual annoying ass self," she responded honestly to her dad as she twirled her hair.

"You guys need to hug it out and be sisters again. This is what we made you for. A family." Mont smiled creepily.

Khyle who was in the backyard, heard the fuss in the living room. He peaked in and of course it was Mel and Ivy and his dad in a argument. Khyle watched as Mont talked and talked. "What's going on? I don't like this."

Melissa rolled her eyes seeing her dad talks. Says the one who's having an affair, she thought not knowing how to think about her fucked up family. Twirling her hair, she began to come up with ways to be able to support her daughter hoping that it wouldn't be a fast food restaurant because she may have to work for a long time which she doesn't want to do.

Khyle tapped Melissa and with a angry face he began to fold his arms. "What is wrong with you? Just because you're hanging out with those popular chicks you want to be all mean and rude. This is not the sister I know! You barley call me squiddles anymore!"

Heather hugged Melissa and smiled, she looked over at her child beside her. What was it's name again? She wondered.

"Squiddles, just because things aren't going the way you want it to, doesn't mean that you can be a little shit about it," she responded looking at Khyle.

Heather looked at Kyhle, "Mel, I don't think you need to speak to your brother in that way! You have a child now,you have to set an example" she picked up her child and took Kyhles hand and sat him down at the table, she'd made him pumpkin muffins and chocolate chip cookies all special. She gave Arya a bottle and rocked her gently.

Seeing her mom, Melissa rolled her eyes chewing on gum. "I did NOT give you permission to pick up my Arya. Give her back to me. Now," she demanded rudely to her mother. Upset, she crossed her arms and began to text Priscilla.

Lizzie knocked on the door waiting for someone to answer it. She decided to take time out of her day and spend time with her cousins before they have to head to school. "Hello!" she exclaimed so they knew that it was just her.

Melissa answered the door with her hair all messed up as she was trying to brush it. "Come in," she said to Lizzie rolling her eyes. Struggling to get ready, Melissa attempted to hide the fact that she was out of the house all of last night by trying to dress orderly.

"You look messy! Did you not get a good night's sleep?" she asked Melissa concerned. Lizzie always tried her best to make sure that her family is doing well since she is the concerned one. Entering the condo, she then wondered if anyone else was up.

"I guess you could say that," she responded to Lizzie with a yawn. She went into her bedroom to find something to wear for school that day and began to clean herself up for when her dad would wake up.
