idk....this takes place at the mall i guess (OPEN)

Keith, on lunch break from his job at the mall's record store, was wandering around, looking for somewhere to eat lunch at. Having managed to maintain his current job for about a year, eating lunches at the mall's restaurants everyday for lunch had gotten old pretty quickly, and lunch breaks weren't really things he looked forward to anymore, though he couldn't complain he supposed as long as it was a break from work.

Warwick followed Keith with one earbud in her left ear that was playing some Bob Dylan. "Keith, do ya think that maybe one day this mall will get some nice place to eat at like The Cheesecake Factory? I know the both of us are sick of always eating from Good Burger since the cashier guy seems to be like always stoned," he said to him fixing the name tag on his Hawaiian shirt.

"Eh, if I had to work at a place like that, I'd probably wanna be stoned the majority of the time, too," Keith admitted honestly, taking note of the singular earbud hanging out of his Warwick's ear. "What're you listening to?" he asked curiously, though he figured it would be Bob Dylan or Phil Ochs or something among the lines.

"Bob Dylan of course, dude! Sometimes, I wonder what happened to some of our classmates. I know Betty Lou became a meth addict," replied Warwick as he nodded to Keith saying that he'd be pretty fucking stoned if he also worked at goddamn Good Burger.

Melissa was in the food court laughing and shit with Richard about how they wouldn't want Snozzlebert Oxfordshire's dick up their asses. This time, however, Arya wasn't with her because Khyle and her dad was watching her. "Dude, imagine if someone lost their virginity to every High School Musical song or to the Bratz Forever Diamondz album."

"Ah, I should've known it was him," Keith said, then wondering which album it was but not bothering to ask. "I actually ran into Richard not too long ago...he's like, some sort of a language teacher or some shit. It was kinda unexpected, y'know?"

He gasped in full shock; Richard was not the type to become a teacher since Warwick had expected him to die young from a drug overdose of some sort since he knew that Richard would do all sorts of drugs while doing satanic rituals any chance that he got. "I don't believe it at all! Everyone thought he'd die from sort of drug overdose and apparently he's a teacher now. Who would've thunk it?" responded Warwick with a nod.

"Who knows, man. He was just such a mess in high school, I never expected him to even get a job, let alone become a teacher!" Keith exclaimed, looking around after he had spoken, just making sure Richard wasn't for some reason hanging out nearby.

Laughing, he then said to her, "To let you know, if you get the bird flu you get tweetment. But, if you get the swine flu, you get oinkment." Richard smiled at her glad to have some alone time with her outside of his place.

Ed was slapping the counter of Good Burger loudly singing, "I'm a dude. She's a dude. He's a dude. We're all dudes. Hey!" He noticed the regulars in the food court, Keith and Warwick, and walked towards them whistling wondering who they were talking about.

Seeing Ed approach, Keith quickly nudged Warwick, trying to signal for them to hurry and walk away before Ed was able to make any sort of communication with them. Doubting a simple gesture would be enough to drop a hint to Warwick, he abruptly whispered a warning in his ear and turned his back toward Ed before hurriedly beginning to scramble away.

Noticing Ed, he began to walk in the other direction with Keith until it was safe to go back over to get a bite of food to eat from the food court. Warwick felt as though Ed was an annoying stoner kid who sometimes yells out the name of the fifth planet farthest from the sun.

Noticing Ed was finally out of sight, Keith let out a sigh of relief. "Damn, I swear I never have no idea what the fuck that kid is talking about!" he exclaimed, following Warwick back over to the food court.

"Same here like-," said Warwick pausing himself to squint his eyes. Poking Keith's shoulder, he then asked him, "Dude, is that Richard? I remember him having long black hair with a lip piercing either tripping on acid or high and cuckoo on weed."

"One day we should invite Ophelia over to watch Space Jam because we had so much fun watching the Shrek movie series. She's an amazing friend," suggested Melissa to Richard looking at him with a grin.

Keith followed the direction in which Warwick seemed to be looking and, noticing that it was indeed Richard there, quickly looked away. "Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's him..."

"He changed a lot, and he actually appears to be sober and not a devil worshiper anymore. Weird," he replied nodding in complete shock.

"Yeah, it is really weird, but I think there might be somethin' going on between him and one of his students, so I don't think I wanna get into that," Keith replied, recalling what Lindsey had said a few weeks earlier when he had accidentally bumped into Richard at one of the city's infamous local haunted houses.

Raising an eyebrow, Warwick looked at Keith and said, "Really? Like do you know how old the student is and stuff? Since I'm pretty sure that teachers can't do that stuff."

"The student looks like, older, but she's still a student...can't be over 20 years old, that's for sure," Keith replied, still pondering over what her age could be before adding on, "and just because he's not supposed to do it doesn't mean he isn't going to do it. He's always kind of had a disregard for authority."

"Back when I was in my teen years as a stupid ass teenager, I watched Space Jam when it was released on VHS and was tripping on acid. I must admit that I thought the TV was melting with the lamp turning into a zebra. My brother was so fucking upset when he got waken up by me at 2 in the morning telling him about how the lamp turned into a zebra only to see the stash of acid I had left there. God, I was so fucking stupid," he replied to Melissa only to see Keith and Warwick in the distance.

"That is true. I'm still wondering how he managed to graduate considering the dick drawings he drew in the halls and bathrooms along with the number 666 with his Antichrist Superstar signature at the bottom only to get out of class. At least he had learned since then although he might still need to learn to not break like .000000001% of the rules now due to his sobriety," responded Warwick pausing himself to clear his throat, "I remember when he came to the high school reunion 10 years ago all cleaned up, in college, and sober which surprised all of us. He also asked why I was at the reunion considering how I'm 2 years older only to remind him I was put in school late." He finally stopped talking when he realized that he was talking way too much.

"Yeah," Keith nodded, vaguely remembering the incident. "To be quite honest, I'm still surprised he has remained sober for so long, you know?"

Warwick nodded and said, "I know right?! He must've been awfully determined depending on when he realized that he needed help or something about his drug problems. I actually found his Facebook account recently and sent him a friend request, but he didn't accept it yet. Considering how his profile is public, I can see that he's an avid book lover now and goes on Facebook once in a while to wish people happy birthday and stuff. He has gotten a lot nicer since high school."

"Yeah, I guess he has," Keith replied, not really fully paying attention to what Warwick was saying, but instead focusing on the floor for no reason in particular. Suddenly, out of chance, he looked up, only to see Richard with a young girl who he recognized from the haunted house.
