Melissa was laying on her bed looking at the ceiling with a blank expression. She'd usually be messing around with Khyle, but instead she lay there trying to not be stressed considering what has been happening lately. The room around her looked wore out compared to her dorm back at the academy, especially since her parents were more likely to investigate her bedroom compared to when the school year was in session. Closing her eyes, Melissa grabbed the stuffed panda Khyle had given to her on her fifteenth birthday hugging it tightly as if it were one of the only things that will help her survive these few months and the drama causing her to collapse mentally. She was petrified if she and Khyle get separated as a result of a possible custody battle since she couldn't survive nor could she live without Squiddles. He was the one that kept her motivated despite her being the social butterfly at the school wanting to make new friends and help those unfamiliar to the area. She had only recently turned eighteen, and Melissa has been mainly raising her siblings since they were two while their parents couldn't keep up with them making her be awfully maternal. Melissa then realized that her parents probably think that she isn't ready for this child, and the thought had terrified her since if she was able to raise two, then she can surely raise three.

Due to being "adopted", Melissa often thought about how different her life would be if she were never in Chicago, but how it'd be if she stayed in Texas rather than moving when she was eight. Waking up, she realized that she ended up taking a four hour nap, but she really didn't care considering how it was better than having to run to a toilet just to vomit as if she had an awfully bad case of the stomach flu. She went out of her bedroom to see that her family was most likely getting groceries real quick as she read the note sitting on the counter. Melissa sighed as she went and sat on the couch grabbing the remote control; she changed the channel to Boomerang and started to watch The Smurf's as it was one of her favorite cartoons. She quickly grabbed the book she was reading and read it on and off when there were commercial breaks as she had been mostly reading them late at night while the rest of her family were asleep. Getting out her phone, Melissa quickly sent a text message too her eldest cousin to give her tips since Melissa had always gotten along with Elizabeth.

It was the next morning; she yawned as she woke up looking around. Melissa got off of her bed to see that the rest of her family was up, and it pretty much meant that she's late for breakfast. She felt the air conditioner brush up against her skin as she sat down as the leftovers were getting warmed up. Grabbing a candy bar, Melissa went into her room as if breakfast was no big deal since all she really wanted was a candy bar and to just call it a day. She then snuck into her parent's room and found the love letters Damien had sent to her father from last year; Melissa could recognize the handwriting since the principal doesn't really do much of a good job at changing his writing to be a different person. I wonder how he'd feel about becoming a grandparent, she thought as she took the letters into the room and hid them under her bed. Melissa then sat on her bed reading the letters one by one only to see that Damien had been crushing on Montgomery since his mother had hired him. She looked up to the ceiling and whispered to herself, "I never would've thought. But at least Damien is tolerable compared to Ivy." Shrugging, Melissa looked out her window to see many people in the pool of the condominium building trying to stay cool due to the heatwave Chicago is currently having.

Melissa was in the bathtub trying to think about what her life would be like the next few months. She surely didn't want anyone at school know she was pregnant considering how Sarah and Priscilla are, nor did she ever want for her parents to find out, but she surely had to tell them one way or another considering how she can secretly hook up with someone at random whenever she gets sexually frustrated. Looking around, she heard someone knock on the bathroom door and then yelled, "Occupied!" Sighing, Melissa decided to put in the stuff needed for a foam bath, so she could be able to relax and not have so many thoughts run around in her head. She closed her eyes in pleasure; she had never felt as relaxed since before she hit puberty. Melissa once again heard knocking and closed the shower curtain and responded, "You may come in! Just don't turn off the light, but if you do, please bring some candles and incense." Melissa might as well enjoy the joy of not having a menstrual cycle for nine months while she can. Ten minutes later, she put her iPod on the docking station nearby the bathtub and started playing some relaxing jazz music for her ear's pleasure.

An hour later, Melissa was back in her room burning some incense; she inhaled the smell of lilac and said to herself, "Hopefully the smoke alarm doesn't go off like it usually does." She got onto her bed and got out the guide she was reading. It never really occurred to her that there is the possibility for multiples, but she'd rather deal with that whenever she gets to her second trimester. Falling asleep, Melissa put the bookmark back into the book and yawned. She got out a photo album from the bottom of her bed and looked at photos of herself since she was four up to the present; Melissa couldn't believe how fast she has grown since she was a little girl. She quickly fell asleep and peacefully dreamed about various tales that her parents had read to her when she was young along with memories from her childhood.

It was the day of Priscilla's party; she knew that she wouldn't be swimming, so she looked through her bookshelf and saw a stack of unread books. "Don't look at me like that," Melissa said as she squinted her eyes at the various titles on the spine of the books that were standing there collecting dust. Grabbing some of the books out, she observed whatever the stories were about flipping the pages from hell and back as if it were entertainment. Melissa sniffed the books and said, "I sure love the new book smell, especially if it was just freshly put out in bookstores." It never really occurred to her that she had a miniature library on various shelves in her bedroom. She sat on her bed and sat her laptop onto the bed; Melissa went and decided to check Facebook to see what kind of drama was going on there today. The majority of the posts were photos Nysinee had posted of herself on Instagram which showed her enjoying her summer. She really couldn't get how Nysinee was still innocent forgetting the possibility of her wanting to be young while she can. Hearing music from Ivy's room, Melissa could tell that Ivy was doing a photoshoot for Twitter, Instagram, and Tumblr. Shaking her head, she opened a tab to tumblr, and she reblogged a couple Harry Potter gif sets that were appearing on her dashboard along with a couple of things that were related to House Targaryen from A Song of Ice and Fire. "Fire can not kill a dragon!" Melissa yelled in hopes of Ivy turning down the music. It was awfully hard for her to concentrate due to all the noise.

An hour later, it was awfully quiet; it has always been quiet ever since Melissa had told her family the news. She got out a lavender scented incense and burned it in her room to create a rather peaceful environment. Their part of the condo had always been full of noise and joy with giggles and laughter and now it was all gone. She had to accept the fact that she'll have to get a job soon in order to take care of the child, since her parents sure won't be helping her unless it was the first three months. Melissa grabbed her robe and went into her bathroom in hopes of getting those thoughts off of her mind. Getting the bubble bath, she put her iPod onto the docking station which sat on the sink's counter. She went into the bathtub as Stevie Wonder was playing. Melissa closed her eyes and relaxed as she made sure no one barged in on her privacy. Inhaling the scent of the incense, she gave a smile as she realized that the others went to the pool where the other residents of the condo were at. She enjoys being alone knowing that no one would judge you.

Melissa was sitting down on her bed inside her dorm room. She was seven months pregnant and a lot of stress was getting to her knowing that in two months that she'll officially be a mother, and her parents know that Melissa is not ready to raise a child by her own. Sadly, she still hasn't realized that it was fact considering how she's been the one primarily raising her siblings instead of her own parents. Trying to think of the positive, Melissa then thought, At least I have a boyfriend who'll help me raise the child. There weren't any unisex names that Melissa could come up with right away to name her unborn daughter since she'd have to tell Vincent to see if he likes the desired name. In hopes of all those thoughts fading away for a bit, Melissa got out A Storm Of Swords and started reading it where she left off.

Dozing off, she stuck the bookmark in her book and took a small nap. Thoughts were racing all through her head and started breathing heavily. She got out of her bed and went to the vending machine in the hallway to get a small snack and a bottle of water. Sitting down, Melissa was in the middle of the hallway in hopes that someone could come help her not being as stressed. She texted her father in hopes of him coming to help calm her down, but he could be fucking the principal for all she knows. Melissa groaned as she closed her eyes hoping something good could happen right at that moment, but it was the middle of the night, no one would come out to calm her down.

Melissa was at home seeing worn out faces in a worn out place; she wished that she could move out and live in a place that would be hers. Her family was pissing her off lately, so she couldn't really stand to be in the same place as her parents anymore, especially her father. Every night, Melissa would sneak out to go out partying perfectly scheduled were Arya is perfectly asleep in order to not let stress put upon her by her parents get to her. Lately, she hadn't been in the mood, Melissa had been worrying about her menstruation, which she has been used to it being irregular, but it was five days past when she were to get her period. Panicking, Melissa got out her calendar and saw that the last time she had went out, she was ovulating. Shit, she thought as her mind was doing gymnastics inside her brain. This was the first time she began worrying about being pregnant considering how she had been wanting to have fun lately and to hang out with her friends. She went and walked over to the nearby drug store to get one of those pregnancy tests that work better when testing early when common sense says to wait at least two weeks, but that wasn't important to her. Melissa ran into the bathroom in her room and took the test and came it out positive. Her eyes were locked on the result and didn't know what to think. Father would be disappointed in her for being knocked up once again considering how he's still convinced that she's still six when he's the one cheating on her mother with the school's principal.

Two hours later, Melissa finally calmed down and stupidly placed the positive test somewhere that her dad would probably find it in. Pressing her head against the living room wall, she sat down rubbing her forehead wishing that it wasn't happening right now. Her classmates were probably going to call her slut whenever she walks in the hallways or in the middle of class. This was her breaking point, Melissa began to cry thinking those thoughts hoping that her family wouldn't disown her for being pregnant once again, especially since she ended up fucking the French teacher the last time she went out partying.. Pulling her hair back, she wiped the tears that were black from the mascara running down her face with her arms sighing as she looked up to the ceiling. It was too close to the holidays, and she didn't want to explain to her family that she's pregnant, and she didn't want Khyle to find out causing the rest of the family to find out either. It was official: she is becoming like her sister Ivy who used to screw around guys for no reason whatsoever. Disappointed in herself, Melissa got onto the couch and fell asleep wishing to get the thoughts out of her head.

Post by Melissa Allen Sun Feb 16, 2014 1:22 pm

It was 2 weeks since her miscarriage and Melissa was completely devastated; the fact that she and Richard decided to break up a week ago for safety reasons didn't help either. She felt lonely and depressed and had only been talking to Khyle since he was the only person she could really ever trust since he knows everything from her relationships to the people she hooked up with to all of the pregnancies she had. Khyle was really the only person Melissa could tell everything to without being judged. There were quite a couple empty cartons of Ben&Jerry's ice cream laying across the floor of her bedroom; food was really the only thing that helps her cope with the pain of her life; her body was slowly becoming chubby, she didn't care as she loved food way to much just to have her depression cause her to give it up. She went and got out her laptop and decided to check Facebook to see what her classmates have been posting lately. Seeing a status Frankie posted about hanging out with Priscilla, her eyes started to tear up since they had betrayed her. Upset, Melissa decided to go on tumblr instead and reblog things that made her happy like the Harry Potter series mixed with some food porn which made her feel hungry. Hearing her stomach rumble, she went and walked into the kitchen and decided to make herself some dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets. Sometime following that, she decided to might as well dye her hair back to her natural brunette color to not be associated with Frankie and Priscilla; Melissa wanted to be a better person than she was when she was friends with the two since they had manipulated her into thinking that they wouldn't spread dirty stuff about her.

Five hours later, it was time for dinner in the household. She went into the kitchen where the dining room was with Arya and sat her down in her highchair and went to give her some food to eat as her dad was cooking some angelhair pasta and green beans. Sitting back down with Arya's food, she could tell that her sister Ivy was pregnant, especially since Melissa was pregnant four times causing her to know. Looking up, she then heard her father ask her something, "Melissa, are you okay? You're never sad like this unless a book character dies, and you quickly get over that since you know that's fictional." She then responded to Montgomery by shaking her head. Considering how she is, she would probably end up getting back together with a member of the football team that she dated prior to being pregnant with Arya since she still has many romantic and sexual feelings for her previous significant others. Once dinner time was over, Melissa went back up into her room with Arya since she noticed that her daughter was sleepy. Shortly after, Melissa fell asleep after looking at the ceiling for a long period of time.
